Mathslink Tutors can offer a range of services, the list is not exhaustive and will always try to accomodate your needs:
Face to Face Tuition
We offer traditional face-to-face one to one tuition, located at your home or at the tutors location. Most tutors have an area dedicated to tuition and can accommodate small groups. We are not currently in a position to match the student with others for these group sessions, but you may well know of other students with similar requirements to yourself with whom you are comfortable sharing a session.
In addition we offer student and parent sessions, which are particularly useful for KS2 students as they allow the parent to become more aware of how their child is progressing and can enable them to support with homework tasks.
Each student is provided with a login to our learning management system, which allows the tutor to set tasks and to monitor progress.
Online Tuition
Mathslink have a videoconference solution for students who are not located near to any of our tutors. Students will be given a login to the learning management system mentioned above, through which they can join a conference at an agreed time. As for face-to face we are not able to match students together to share a session, and it would be down to the student to find others to share a session with.
Revision Workshops
We will notify students of any upcoming holiday revision workshops via this website and our facebook page.
